The honest part: Delivery has generally been timely by Noida standards, but not without friction. Ace Divino, originally targeted for 2021–2022, was finally delivered in October 2023 — a delay of roughly 18–24 months, which buyers attribute partly to the pandemic and partly to construction pace. More importantly, post-handover service is the most consistent complaint area. On MouthShut, Ace Group is rated 2.99/5 by users , and Ace Divino is rated 2.06/5 by MouthShut users . Specific complaints from verified residents include seepage issues in penthouses, unfinished civil work both inside and outside, and basic items like pipe shafts and earthing cables being done as after-thoughts at Ace Parkway. Golfshire residents have flagged pathetic state of maintenance and the builder asking for INR 3.9 psf as maintenance charge . Buyers should weigh these maintenance/handover concerns seriously.
